The Multi-Family team kicked off two more projects in September. Legacy MCS is the general contractor for the Mariposa project and Logan Dance will be our Superintendent. We also started Manor Road Apartments for Bartlett Cocke, Miguel Guerrero will be our Superintendent for this project.

We have two large projects that are in full swing and going well. We are putting the finishing touches on several others. We will be starting Davies Ranch for CIP Construction the first week in October with Bryan Shannon as the Superintendent. With all the work we have going we were able to add another Assistant Superintendent. Dillon Murrow started the last week in September and will be on the Mariposa Project, please welcome him to the team.
